Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team at Family Residences and Essential Enterprises, Inc. This is a critical role that requires a high level of independence, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Office, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Manage and coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, including preparing agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up actions.
  • Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets, reports, and presentations to support executive decision-making.
  • Coordinate and implement special projects, including research, data analysis, and recommendations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, including developing and implementing process improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in executive administrative support, preferably in a non-profit or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience with project management software, such as Asana or Trello.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Fluency in a second language, preferably Spanish.
