Role Overview:

The Strategic Accounts Manager plays a vital role as a client partner, showcasing leadership, strategic vision, accountability, and business insight for Linqia's portfolio of enterprise brand clients. This position effectively utilizes experience and knowledge to inspire innovative thinking while balancing the needs of clients, the company, and the team. The role encompasses oversight and approval of the development of overarching media and influencer objectives and strategies, along with the ideation necessary to support these goals. Ensuring that appropriate tools and processes are effectively implemented in planning and buying activities is crucial for optimizing deliverables and providing sound rationale for recommendations.

This position will oversee select client accounts, managing the relationship between Media Agency, Creative Agency, and Brand. The primary objective is to deliver exceptional customer experiences and foster repeat business. You will lead and provide guidance for internal teams engaged in your programs, acting as a steward for both Linqia and the client, ensuring transparency and clear communication throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee client campaigns with exceptional customer service while maximizing business opportunities and efficiency.
  • Accountable for achieving business KPIs and development within signed agreements.
  • Champion the Client Experience, exceeding client expectations and nurturing long-term partnerships.
  • Lead strategic channel planning activities related to assigned campaigns in collaboration with creative, brand success, sales, and media investment teams.
  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with multiple senior client stakeholders, demonstrating industry and influencer expertise.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to assess campaign performance and KPIs, evaluating the extent to which original objectives and strategies were achieved.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and share insights with the team.
  • Work closely with internal partners to identify and optimize revenue opportunities with specific clients.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in client management and media (or influencer) within agencies.
  • Driven by a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Passionate about the social media landscape, eager to learn about new platforms and their impact on communication and advertising.
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, willing to tackle challenges and set personal deadlines and goals.
  • Proven track record of success with clients and teams.
  • Comfortable with high-level client communications.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Must be able to commute to Linqia's office as required.
