We are seeking a professional with a background in account management and a drive to expand our premier client base and business operations in the US. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for cultivating relationships, addressing challenges, and becoming a trusted business partner to our clients, with a vision to transform the way companies conduct transactions on a global scale.
As an Account Manager at Airwallex, your role will involve nurturing relationships with our existing top-tier clients to ensure they are fully leveraging the value of our products and services. Your primary focus will be to drive value that fosters adoption, growth, and client satisfaction. You will be dedicated to identifying cross-sell opportunities within current accounts by establishing enduring relationships with key decision-makers.

We operate in a hybrid work environment, requiring 2 days per week in the office.
Your Impact:- Product & Customer Expertise: Act as the primary expert on the Airwallex platform, comprehending client needs and customizing solutions accordingly.
- Revenue Growth: Identify and convert new opportunities within existing accounts, enhancing platform adoption and revenue streams.
- Executive Engagement: Facilitate consultative discussions with senior leaders, demonstrating the business value of Airwallex's innovative offerings.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the client experience and maximize platform utilization.
- Customer Insights: Gain a deep understanding of client needs through various feedback mechanisms, including data analysis, surveys, and quarterly business reviews.
- Leadership: Guide junior team members and provide strategic direction on key account decisions.
- Experience: 3+ years of demonstrated success in B2B sales or account management within the technology or SaaS sectors. Experience in fintech is advantageous.
- Sales Acumen: Proven expertise in value-based solution selling and navigating complex sales processes. Comfortable presenting to and closing deals with C-level executives.
- Technical Aptitude: Previous experience in API B2B sales or account management, with familiarity in Salesforce and Looker being a plus.
- Analytical & Organizational Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, complemented by an organized and methodical work approach.
- Drive and Initiative: Self-driven and results-oriented, with a passion for surpassing goals and a willingness to go above and beyond.
- Customer-Centric Approach: A sincere commitment to understanding and exceeding client needs, consistently prioritizing their satisfaction and success.
