About the Role:

As the Enterprise Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our account management strategy across our diverse product offerings.

Your responsibilities will include managing our most significant clients, enhancing the efficiency of our onboarding processes, refining our customer success strategies, and collaborating closely with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to consistently exceed client expectations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Head of Revenue and Enterprise Sales Leader to develop Patch's customer account management playbook from the ground up.
  • Directly manage a portfolio of key enterprise clients (with over 5,000 FTE).
  • Achieve leading renewal rates and high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Drive adoption, efficiency, and consistency in our processes, focusing on strategic-level clients.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience while continuously seeking ways to enhance client outcomes.
  • Lead the renewal of our largest and most strategic deals, partnering with Account Executives to identify growth opportunities.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, gathering detailed feedback to inform product development and priorities.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, including Product, Climate Strategy & Solutions, Sales, and Marketing, to achieve customer outcomes.
  • Adopt an entrepreneurial mindset in your approach to the role.

Who You Are:

You are an experienced account manager with a proven history of developing strategies and fostering relationships with enterprise clients. You have consistently met account management and growth targets for strategic and enterprise customers.

You are prepared to take initiative and work independently as you build a comprehensive strategy. Your deep understanding of large enterprise post-sales processes and experience in scaling account management or customer success teams in a fast-paced environment, preferably within a B2B startup, set you apart.

As an empathetic listener and communicator, you effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders. You possess a keen interest in climate action and carbon markets, and you are open to occasional travel to client locations to strengthen relationships.
