Role Overview:

The Strategic Accounts Manager serves as a vital client partner, showcasing leadership, strategic insight, accountability, business acumen, and vision for Linqia's portfolio of enterprise brand clients. This role effectively utilizes experience, knowledge, and skills to inspire innovative thinking while balancing the needs of clients, the company, and the team. Responsibilities include overseeing and approving the development of overarching media/influencer objectives and strategies, as well as ideation to support these goals. The aim is to ensure that appropriate tools and processes are applied to planning and buying activities, optimizing deliverables and providing a solid rationale for recommendations.

This position entails managing select client accounts and fostering relationships between Media Agencies, Creative Agencies, and Brands. The primary objective is to deliver exceptional customer experiences and cultivate repeat business. You will lead and oversee internal teams working on your programs, acting as a steward for both Linqia and the client, ensuring transparency and clear communication throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee client campaigns with exceptional customer service while maximizing business opportunities, growth, and efficiency.
  • Accountable for achieving business KPIs and development within signed IOs.
  • Champion the Client Experience, exceeding client expectations and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Lead strategic channel planning activities related to assigned campaigns in collaboration with creative, brand success, sales, and media investment teams.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with multiple senior client stakeholders, demonstrating industry and influencer expertise.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to assess campaign performance and KPIs, evaluating the extent to which original objectives and strategies were achieved.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and share insights with the team.
  • Work closely with internal partners to identify and optimize revenue opportunities with specific clients.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in client management and media (or influencer) roles within agencies.
  • Driven by a commitment to customer satisfaction, ensuring that delighting customers is at the forefront of your work.
  • Passionate about the social media landscape, eager to learn about new platforms and understand their use in communication and advertising.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated, and proactive in problem-solving, with the ability to set your own deadlines and goals.
  • Proven track record of success with clients and teams.
  • Comfortable with high-level client communications.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Must be within commuting distance of Linqia's office, as in-office attendance is required twice a week.
