About the Role:

As the Senior Enterprise Client Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our account management strategy across our diverse range of products.

Your responsibilities will include managing our most significant clients, enhancing the efficiency of our onboarding processes, refining our customer success strategies, and collaborating closely with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to consistently exceed client expectations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of Patch's customer account management strategies alongside the Head of Revenue and Enterprise Sales Leader.
  • Directly manage a portfolio of key enterprise clients with over 5,000 employees.
  • Achieve industry-leading renewal rates and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Drive adoption and efficiency in processes, focusing on strategic-level clients.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience while continuously seeking ways to enhance client outcomes.
  • Lead our most significant strategic renewals and collaborate with Account Executives on growth opportunities.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, gathering detailed feedback to inform product development and priorities.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, including Product, Climate Strategy & Solutions, Sales, and Marketing, to achieve client outcomes.
  • Adopt an entrepreneurial mindset in your approach to the role.

Who You Are:

You are an experienced account manager with a proven history of developing strategies and building relationships with enterprise clients. You have consistently met account management and growth targets for strategic customers and are prepared to take initiative in developing a robust strategy.

Your expertise includes:

  • In-depth knowledge of post-sales processes for large enterprises.
  • Experience in establishing or contributing to a scaling account management or customer success team within a fast-growing company, preferably in a B2B startup environment.
  • Strong communication and listening skills, enabling effective collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • A keen interest in climate action and carbon markets, with a willingness to learn more.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally to client locations to foster and maintain relationships.
  • Availability to work from the office a few days a week.
