As an Account Manager at Airwallex, your role will involve cultivating relationships with our existing premier clients to ensure they are fully leveraging the value of our products and services. Your primary objective will be to drive value that fosters adoption, growth, and customer satisfaction. You will focus on identifying cross-sell opportunities within current accounts by establishing enduring relationships with key decision-makers.

You will be part of a small team, playing a pivotal role in our expansion efforts in the US market.

We embrace a hybrid working model, requiring two days per week in the office.

Your Contributions Will Include:
  • Product & Customer Expertise: Act as the primary expert on the Airwallex platform, understanding client needs and customizing solutions accordingly.
  • Revenue Growth: Discover and convert new opportunities within existing accounts, enhancing platform adoption and revenue generation.
  • Executive Engagement: Facilitate consultative discussions with senior leaders, demonstrating the business value of Airwallex's innovative offerings.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the client experience and maximize platform utilization.
  • Customer Insights: Gain a deep understanding of client needs through various feedback mechanisms, including data analysis, surveys, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Leadership: Guide junior team members and provide strategic direction on key account decisions.
Qualifications We Seek:
  • Experience: 3+ years of demonstrated success in B2B sales or account management within the technology or SaaS sectors. Experience in fintech is advantageous.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven expertise in value-based solution selling and navigating complex sales processes. Comfortable presenting to and closing deals with C-level executives.
  • Technical Aptitude: Previous experience in API B2B sales or account management, with familiarity in Salesforce and Looker being a plus.
  • Analytical & Organizational Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, complemented by an organized and methodical work approach.
  • Drive and Initiative: Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for surpassing goals and a willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A sincere commitment to understanding and exceeding client needs, consistently prioritizing their satisfaction and success.
