We are seeking a skilled professional with account management expertise and a drive to cultivate our premier clients and business in the US market. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for relationship building, problem-solving, and serving as a trusted business partner to our clients, with a vision to transform how companies conduct transactions on a global scale.

As an Account Manager at Airwallex, your role will involve nurturing relationships with our top-tier clients to ensure they are fully leveraging the value of our offerings. Your primary objective will be to enhance value that leads to increased adoption, growth, and client satisfaction. You will focus on identifying cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts by fostering enduring relationships with key decision-makers.

Your Contributions Will Include:
  • Product & Customer Expertise: Act as the primary expert on the Airwallex platform, understanding client needs and customizing solutions accordingly.
  • Revenue Growth: Discover and convert new opportunities within existing accounts, enhancing platform adoption and revenue.
  • Executive Engagement: Facilitate consultative discussions with senior executives, demonstrating the business value of Airwallex's innovative offerings.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the client experience and maximize platform utilization.
  • Customer Insights: Gain a deep understanding of client needs through various feedback mechanisms, including data analysis, surveys, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Leadership: Guide junior team members and provide strategic direction on key account matters.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated success in B2B sales or account management within the technology or SaaS sectors, with fintech experience being advantageous.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven expertise in value-based solution selling and adeptness in navigating complex sales processes. Comfortable presenting to and closing deals with C-level executives.
  • Technical Aptitude: Prior experience in API B2B sales or account management, with familiarity in Salesforce and Looker being a plus.
  • Analytical & Organizational Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, complemented by an organized and methodical work approach.
  • Drive and Initiative: Self-driven and results-oriented, with a passion for surpassing goals and a readiness to go above and beyond.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A sincere commitment to understanding and exceeding client needs, consistently prioritizing their satisfaction and success.
