We are in search of a dedicated professional with account management expertise and a strong desire to cultivate our premier clients and business in the US market. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for relationship building, problem-solving, and acting as a trusted business partner to our clients, alongside a commitment to transforming how companies conduct transactions on a global scale.

As an Account Manager at Airwallex, your primary responsibility will be to foster relationships with our existing top-tier clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our offerings. Your focus will be on driving value that leads to increased adoption, expansion, and overall customer satisfaction. You will actively seek cross-sell opportunities within current accounts by establishing enduring relationships with key decision-makers.

We operate in a hybrid work environment, requiring in-office presence two days a week.

Your Impact:
  • Product & Customer Expertise: Act as the primary expert on the Airwallex platform, understanding client needs and customizing solutions accordingly.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify and capitalize on new opportunities within existing accounts, driving increased platform adoption and revenue generation.
  • Executive Engagement: Facilitate consultative meetings with senior leadership, demonstrating the business value of Airwallex's innovative solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the client experience and maximize platform utilization.
  • Customer Insights: Gain a deep understanding of client needs through various feedback mechanisms, including data analysis, surveys, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Leadership: Guide and mentor junior team members, providing strategic direction on key account matters.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated success in B2B sales or account management within the technology or SaaS sectors. Experience in fintech is advantageous.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven expertise in value-based solution selling and navigating complex sales processes. Comfortable presenting to and closing deals with C-level executives.
  • Technical Aptitude: Previous experience in API B2B sales or account management, with familiarity in Salesforce and Looker being a plus.
  • Analytical & Organizational Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, complemented by an organized and methodical work approach.
  • Drive and Initiative: Self-driven and results-oriented, with a passion for surpassing goals and a willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A sincere commitment to understanding and exceeding client needs, consistently prioritizing their satisfaction and success.
