Job Overview

Core Responsibilities: Drive the promotion and sales of franchise offerings within designated regions, aiming to achieve or surpass established sales targets. Expand and nurture the client portfolio by employing a structured approach to identify potential clients and maintain regular communication with existing customers. Engage in consistent outreach efforts to foster relationships and inform clients about the advantages of choosing SERVPRO as their preferred cleaning and restoration service.

Utilize the quarterly Marketing Media Kit to effectively showcase SERVPRO's services and articulate the benefits to potential clients. Deliver precise and transparent pretesting, service scoping, and job estimations. Oversee and follow up on all assigned projects to ensure that client requirements are satisfactorily addressed.


Expected Outcomes:
Sales objectives are consistently met or exceeded. The customer base is varied, with new clients being regularly acquired. Both internal and external communications are prompt and effective. Client projects are completed in a manner that meets or surpasses their expectations.
