Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and recruit licensed insurance agents to partner with IAMS through various outreach methods including calls, emails, and webinars.
- Collaborate with licensed agents nationwide to promote the life and annuity insurance products we represent.
- Identify suitable life and annuity insurance products for agents and communicate their features and benefits.
- Offer product recommendations to agents based on client needs.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential agents and follow up on leads to promote IAMS's comprehensive services.
- Educate agents on the life and annuity products and marketing strategies offered by IAMS.
- Provide administrative support to sales directors and team members as needed.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives with the Creative Services team as required.
- Maintain accurate records of agents in the IAMS CRM and contribute to regular sales meetings.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Insurance license or relevant experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with various life insurance products and policies.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, client service, or customer acquisition preferred.
- Professional demeanor with a strong motivation to succeed.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with all organizational levels.
- Strong multitasking abilities and capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.

Financial Structure: This position includes a base salary plus bonus potential.
Salary: $38,000 - $45,000 base per year plus bonus opportunities.
