Retail Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell our client's products and services to both new and existing customers in a retail setting.
  • Articulate promotions, features, and advantages of products and services to customers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles (such as retail, sales, or hospitality).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (must be adept at engaging with people).
  • Self-driven and results-oriented.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
