Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit licensed insurance agents through various outreach methods including calls, emails, and webinars.
  • Collaborate with agents nationwide to promote life and annuity insurance products.
  • Identify suitable insurance products for agents and provide detailed product features and benefits.
  • Offer product recommendations tailored to agents' client needs.
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential agents and follow up on leads to promote comprehensive service solutions.
  • Educate agents on the insurance products and marketing programs available.
  • Provide administrative support and marketing assistance to sales directors and team members as needed.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts with the Creative Services team for assigned insurance companies.
  • Maintain accurate records of agents in the company CRM and contribute to routine sales meetings.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Insurance license or relevant experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with various life insurance products and policies.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in sales, client service, or customer acquisition is preferred.
  • Professional demeanor with a strong motivation to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with all organizational levels.
  • Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing workload effectively under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for team collaboration and customer service.

Job Type: Permanent

Financial Structure: This position includes a base salary plus bonus potential.

Salary Range: $38,000 - $45,000 base salary per year, with additional bonus opportunities.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, in-office.
