Compensation and Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in recruiting licensed insurance agents to partner with our organization through various outreach methods, including calls, emails, and webinars.
  • Collaborate with licensed agents nationwide to promote the life and annuity insurance products we represent.
  • Identify suitable life and annuity insurance products for agents and articulate their features and benefits.
  • Provide tailored product recommendations to agents based on client needs.
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective agents and follow up on leads to promote our comprehensive service solutions.
  • Educate agents on the life and annuity products and marketing strategies offered by our organization.
  • Deliver administrative support to sales directors and team members as required.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives with the Creative Services team as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of agents in our CRM system and contribute to routine sales meetings.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Insurance license or relevant experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with various life insurance products and policies.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in sales, client service, or customer acquisition is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with all organizational levels.
  • Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Consistent punctuality and attendance are essential for this role.

Financial Overview: This position includes a base salary plus bonus potential.
