Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit licensed insurance agents to partner with IAMS through various outreach methods including calls, emails, and webinars.
- Collaborate with licensed agents nationwide to promote the life and annuity insurance products we represent.
- Identify suitable life and annuity insurance products for agents and communicate their features and benefits.
- Provide tailored product recommendations to agents based on client needs.
- Engage in outbound calls to potential agents and follow up on leads to showcase IAMS's comprehensive services.
- Educate agents on the life and annuity products and marketing initiatives offered by IAMS.
- Support sales directors and team members with administrative tasks, marketing efforts, and case design as required.
- Coordinate with the Creative Services team on marketing strategies for assigned insurance companies.
- Maintain accurate records of agents in the IAMS CRM and contribute to routine sales meetings.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Insurance license or relevant experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with various life insurance products and policies.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, client service, or customer acquisition preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with all levels of management.
- Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for team success.

Financial Structure: This position includes a base salary plus bonus potential.
