Key Responsibilities

- Manage and nurture key accounts, ensuring strong relationships that facilitate sales growth.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and trends, adapting strategies to meet the specific needs of the Americas.
- Engage in strategic planning to enhance market share and profitability within assigned segments.
- Provide technical support and training to sales teams, enhancing their ability to effectively promote products and services.
- Participate in special projects and coordinate efforts with various teams to achieve corporate goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or Business.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or market development.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a proven track record of increasing sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with fluency in spoken and written Spanish.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Willingness to travel as required.
