Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition and Marketing Specialist encompass, but are not limited to:

Student Recruitment:

  • Establish and meet ambitious targets for student applications and enrollment.
  • Identify and engage with target schools and community organizations, delivering persuasive information about Quest Forward High School.
  • Conduct meetings with prospective students and families, addressing inquiries about the institution, and organizing Open Houses, Shadow Days, and other informational events.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of contact information within the CRM system.
  • Oversee an enrollment pipeline and data systems to track goals and progress.

Marketing:

  • Formulate detailed marketing strategies to achieve enrollment objectives.
  • Create and manage engaging content across various marketing channels and platforms.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives, including digital media, search, social media, direct mail, and other forms of digital advertising.
  • Implement targeted outreach strategies at all stages of the enrollment process.

Community Engagement:

  • Coordinate community events to enhance awareness and support for Quest Forward High School.
  • Utilize community resources to increase visibility among prospective students.
  • Stay informed about enrollment trends to maintain leadership in recruitment efforts.
  • Lead the Forward Families and Alumni association to foster a legacy and referral culture.

Application & Enrollment Management:

  • Assist families throughout the application process, including managing the online application system, gathering supporting documents, scheduling and conducting interviews, and coordinating acceptance with the School Director.
  • Communicate application outcomes to families and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
  • Collaborate with the scholarship and financial aid department.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following experiences and knowledge:

  • Understanding of secondary education and independent schools in the local area.
  • Professional experience and familiarity with school admissions and enrollment management.
  • Demonstrated success in outbound sales and/or direct student recruitment.
  • Proficiency in marketing processes, social media, and digital communication.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for necessary recruiting activities.
  • Two or more years of proven success in high school recruitment or sales and marketing.
  • B.A/B.S from an accredited institution preferred, though relevant experience will be considered.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as required for events and presentations.

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this position is $50,000-$65,000, including a bonus structure based on achieving recruitment goals. Quest Forward offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, retirement, and paid time off.
