Compensation and Benefits:

  • Attractive base salary commensurate with experience and skills.
  • Year-end bonus contingent upon achieving company objectives.
  • Comprehensive BCBS Medical health insurance after 90 days of employment, with IAMS covering 100% of the individual employee premium.
  • Monthly contributions to Health Savings Account (HSA) of $200 after 90 days of employment.
  • 401K retirement plan available after 12 months of employment, with employer matching up to 4%.
  • Seven paid holidays annually.
  • Paid time off (PTO) day during the month of your birthday.
  • Flexible time off (4 hours per month).
  • PTO accrual: 15 days per year for 0-3 years of service; 20 days per year for 4+ years of service.
  • Cash bonuses for employee anniversaries based on years of service.
  • Cash lunch for employee birthdays.
  • Holiday cash bonuses for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
  • Referral bonuses for successful hires ($250 after 90 days, $500 after 180 days).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit licensed insurance agents to partner with IAMS through outreach initiatives such as call campaigns, emails, webinars, and other communication methods.
  • Collaborate with licensed insurance agents nationwide to promote the life and annuity insurance products we represent.
  • Identify suitable life and annuity insurance products for agents and present product features and benefits.
  • Provide tailored product recommendations to agents based on client needs.
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential agents and follow up on leads to promote IAMS’s comprehensive services and solutions.
  • Educate agents on the life and annuity products and marketing strategies offered by IAMS.
  • Support sales administration, back-office functions, marketing, and case design for the sales team as needed.
  • Coordinate with the Creative Services team on marketing initiatives for assigned insurance companies.
  • Maintain accurate agent records in the IAMS CRM and contribute to routine sales meetings.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Insurance license or relevant insurance experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with various life insurance products and policies.
  • Preferred experience of 3+ years in sales, client service, and customer acquisition.
  • Professional demeanor with a strong motivation to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with all organizational levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Consistent punctuality and attendance are essential.

Job Type: Permanent

Financial Structure: This position includes a base salary plus bonus potential.

Salary: $38,000 - $45,000 base per year, with bonus opportunities.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, in-office.
