Job Summary

As a Business Development Representative for Adoration Home Health and Hospice, you will play a critical role in establishing partnerships and strategies to drive business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with the RVP of Sales to evaluate and qualify new business opportunities, identifying potential clients and developing strategic plans to achieve annual revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the RVP of Sales to identify business opportunities through sales calls, referrals, and market research
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to target high-potential prospective customers
• Work with the RVP of Sales to finalize contracting and coordinate the startup of new accounts
• Provide ongoing support and value to customers through products and services
• Communicate with other pharmacy team members to uncover leads and resolve customer service concerns

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Long Term Care experience preferred
• Two or more years of prior sales experience background required
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office Suite including: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 75%
