The Global Account Manager plays a pivotal role in driving Tech-Etch's business growth by developing and implementing global sales strategies for key customers. Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Global Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans that align with Tech-Etch's business objectives and meet the needs of global customers.
  2. Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key customers, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
  3. Manage Sales Teams and Resources: Lead and manage internal sales teams and external manufacturer representative firms to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  4. Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, profit, and bookings for Tech-Etch.
  5. Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue and capture them.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: In engineering, finance, business administration, or marketing.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong understanding of the medical device, medical equipment, and military/aerospace industries.
