KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Facilitating the sale of new and pre-owned trucks while adhering to designated profit margins
  • Completing annual training requirements as directed by management
  • Effectively communicating customer needs to management
  • Collaborating with management to establish appropriate pricing levels for clients
  • Maintaining a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and pride in the products offered
  • Participating in weekly sales meetings
  • Engaging in dealer-specified training programs
  • Complying with company policies and procedures
  • Performing additional duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-3 years of sales experience
  • Confidence in personal abilities
  • Positive attitude
  • Professional appearance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Capability to read and interpret documents
  • Effective documentation and communication skills
  • Familiarity with heavy vehicle terminology and services
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Insurable driving record
