Position Overview: We are currently on the lookout for an enthusiastic individual with experience in outside sales and merchandising to fill the role of Field Sales Consultant for the Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, and Wisconsin regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the face of Davidson's brand by effectively marketing our products and services to both existing and potential customers.
  • Promote the advantages of our exclusive programs and online platforms.
  • Maintain clear communication with the sales management team to ensure sales and client objectives are consistently met.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the dealer network within your territory, providing insights on account development and potential growth opportunities.
  • Offer technical support to our online customers.
  • Identify and establish new business opportunities through diligent reporting and feedback.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant business-to-business sales or merchandising experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of the firearms industry, including firearms, ammunition, and related accessories.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management software.
  • A college degree is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in using PCs, tablets, and Microsoft Office applications.

Position Requirements:

  • Candidates must reside within the designated metro area.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the territory up to 90% of the time.
  • A valid state motor vehicle operator license and a clean driving record are required.
