Role Overview

The Change Management Consultant will collaborate closely with the human resources department, taking on the primary responsibility to:

  • Develop, construct, and facilitate the execution of a comprehensive Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy tailored to support HR Transformation, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement, strategic communication, and training initiatives.
  • Perform stakeholder assessments, analyze change impacts, evaluate training requirements, and secure buy-in through effective consultation, communication, and training efforts with management and staff.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage operational tasks and execute the OCM strategy.
  • Create OCM frameworks that include tools, resources, and methodologies to ensure a sustainable program.
  • Design and implement a thorough knowledge transfer strategy while coaching and mentoring employees in OCM practices.
  • Guide client teams in effectively executing change management strategies to enhance the adoption of organizational initiatives.
  • Work alongside program leaders and project managers to seamlessly integrate change management activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree and/or certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
  • Familiarity with HR processes and tools.
  • Preferred experience in consulting roles.
  • Extensive background in executing change management strategies and collaborating with organizational teams in the development and implementation of plans.
  • Advanced knowledge of OCM processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proven experience in creating OCM tools and practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, presentation, and critical thinking abilities, with a talent for engaging at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to connect with executives to share strategies, provide context, and discuss insights and value propositions.
  • Experience in mentoring and coaching team members.
  • Strong capability to build relationships and interact with senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Quick comprehension of the organization's current technologies, practices, and strategic objectives.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, with the capacity to convey complex concepts in accessible business language to all management levels.
  • Experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring OCM teams.
