The Organizational Change Management Consultant will play a pivotal role within the human resources department, primarily focusing on:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy tailored to support HR Transformation initiatives, emphasizing stakeholder engagement, effective communication, and training.
2. Conduct thorough stakeholder assessments, analyze change impacts, and evaluate training requirements to secure buy-in through effective consultation and engagement with team members.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate operational tasks and execute the OCM strategy.
4. Establish OCM frameworks, including tools and resources, to create a sustainable program.
5. Design and execute a detailed knowledge transfer strategy while mentoring employees in OCM practices.
6. Lead teams in the successful execution of change management strategies to enhance the adoption of initiatives.
7. Work alongside program leaders and project managers to ensure seamless integration of change management activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is essential.
- Familiarity with HR processes and tools is necessary.
- Prior consulting experience is preferred.
- Proven track record in executing change management strategies and collaborating with organizational teams on the design and implementation of plans.
- Advanced knowledge of OCM methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to develop OCM tools and practices.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, presentation, and critical thinking abilities, with a capacity to engage with all organizational levels.
- Experience in mentoring and coaching team members.
- Ability to build relationships and interact effectively with senior management and key stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, with the capability to convey complex concepts in accessible business language.
