HR Connect stands as one of the four foundational pillars within the People Experience team, primarily aimed at empowering employee success.

The Senior Manager of HR Connect will supervise our Performance Advisors within the HR Connect division. HRC Performance Advisors play a crucial role in ensuring consistency and fairness in performance management practices at Intuit. They offer coaching and guidance to managers regarding performance, conduct, and attendance-related matters across various regions.

In this leadership position within HR Connect, the Senior Manager will work closely with the HRC Director to foster continuous improvement in building managerial capability and accountability for addressing situations where employees may not be meeting expectations.

The ideal candidate will exhibit outstanding leadership abilities, with a proven history of success in a dynamic, rapidly evolving, and adaptable environment.

What You'll Bring
8+ years of experience in Employee Relations or Performance Management, including a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role within HR.
Exceptional project management skills, with experience in setting a compelling vision, strategy, and execution plan.
Strong analytical capabilities to resolve a diverse range of complex issues.
Self-motivated, dependable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player with a proactive approach.
Ability to easily forge human connections, coupled with deep emotional intelligence and objective empathy.

How You Will Lead
You will translate business strategy into people priorities and initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness.
Ensure that all performance-related matters are managed fairly, equitably, and promptly across the team.
Collaborate in creating training and support for managers on effectively managing employee performance at scale.

Develop strategic partnerships with HRC, PXT leadership, HRBP's COEs, and other essential stakeholders to share knowledge and trends, maintain effective communication, evolve or build scalable solutions, and deliver exceptional experiences for employees and managers.

You will analyze and interpret key employee data to extract insights and present recommendations that influence decision-making.
Work alongside PXT partners, legal counsel, and senior leadership as necessary to resolve complex or sensitive performance issues.

Propose new strategies and approaches to support ongoing improvements in efficiency and operational best practices, including the use of automation and digital solutions.

Build, scale, and maintain operational excellence in case management practices, including governance for playbooks, protocols, requirements for case documentation, and accurate, efficient reporting.

Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to a high-performing team of Performance Advisors.
Contribute to programs, projects, and broader People & Places priorities and/or PXT initiatives.

Engage in the establishment and/or refinement of HR policies and practices, while staying informed on employment laws, regulations, and industry trends related to performance management.
