Position Overview

  • The HR Strategic Business Advisor serves as a vital collaborator with C-suite executives, delivering strategic insights on workforce-related issues aligned with the organization’s goals.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Services, or a related discipline is required; a Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of eight years in HR management, including at least four years as an HR Business Partner supporting operational leadership.
  • Preferred certifications include HRCI or SHRM.
