About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced HR Strategic Business Advisor to provide expert counsel to executive leadership.
Position Overview
- The HR Strategic Business Advisor serves as a vital collaborator with C-suite executives, delivering strategic insights on workforce-related issues aligned with the organization’s goals.
- This role reports directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer.
- Key responsibilities include involvement in succession planning, workforce strategy, and talent development. A solid understanding of business analytics and organizational finance is essential.
- The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong executive presence and maintain a professional demeanor, effectively engaging with various management levels and stakeholder groups. Exceptional strategic thinking and project management capabilities are necessary.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Services, or a related discipline is required; a Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
- A minimum of eight years in HR management, including at least four years as an HR Business Partner supporting operational leadership.
- Preferred certifications include HRCI or SHRM.
