Position Overview

  • The HR Strategic Business Advisor serves as a key collaborator with C-suite and senior leadership, providing expert counsel on human capital issues aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.
  • This role reports directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer.
  • The advisor will engage in critical areas such as succession planning, workforce strategy, and talent development. A solid understanding of business analytics and organizational finance is essential.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Services, or a related discipline is required; a Master's degree is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of eight years in HR management, including at least four years as an HR Business Partner supporting operational leadership.
  • Preferred certifications include HRCI or SHRM.
