About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced HR Strategic Business Advisor to contribute to our organization.
Position Overview
- The HR Strategic Business Advisor serves as a key collaborator with senior leadership, providing expert advice on human capital issues aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.
- This role will report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer.
- The advisor will engage in critical areas such as succession planning, workforce analytics, and talent development. A solid understanding of business metrics and organizational finance is essential.
- The successful candidate will demonstrate a commanding executive presence and a professional demeanor, capable of engaging effectively with all levels of management and stakeholders. Exceptional strategic planning and project management abilities are vital.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related discipline is mandatory, with a Master’s degree strongly preferred.
- A minimum of eight years in HR management, including at least four years as an HR Business Partner supporting operational leadership.
- Preferred certifications include HRCI or SHRM.
