Position Overview

  • The HR Strategic Business Advisor serves as a key collaborator with senior leadership, providing expert advice on human capital issues aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.
  • This role will report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer.
  • The advisor will engage in critical areas such as succession planning, workforce analytics, and talent development. A solid understanding of business metrics and organizational finance is essential.
  • The successful candidate will demonstrate a commanding executive presence and a professional demeanor, capable of engaging effectively with all levels of management and stakeholders. Exceptional strategic planning and project management abilities are vital.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related discipline is mandatory, with a Master’s degree strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of eight years in HR management, including at least four years as an HR Business Partner supporting operational leadership.
  • Preferred certifications include HRCI or SHRM.
