The Senior Manager of HR Connect will take charge of our Performance Advisors, who play a crucial role in ensuring equitable and consistent performance management practices across Intuit. These advisors are tasked with providing comprehensive coaching and support to managers on performance, conduct, and attendance issues across various regions.

In this pivotal leadership position, the Senior Manager will work closely with the HRC Director to promote ongoing enhancements in managerial capabilities and accountability, particularly in addressing performance-related challenges. The ideal candidate will exhibit outstanding leadership qualities and a proven history of achievement in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate organizational strategy into actionable people priorities and initiatives that enhance overall effectiveness.
  • Ensure that all performance-related issues are managed fairly, equitably, and promptly.
  • Collaborate in the development of training and resources for managers to effectively oversee employee performance at scale.
  • Establish strategic alliances with HRC, PXT leadership, HRBP's COEs, and other essential stakeholders to share insights, maintain open communication, and create scalable solutions that enhance employee and manager experiences.
  • Analyze and interpret critical employee data to extract insights and provide recommendations that inform decision-making.
  • Work with PXT partners, legal advisors, and senior leadership to navigate complex or sensitive performance matters.
  • Propose innovative strategies and approaches to enhance efficiency and operational best practices, including the integration of automation and digital solutions.
  • Develop, scale, and uphold excellence in case management practices, including governance for documentation, protocols, and accurate reporting.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to a high-performing team of Performance Advisors.
  • Contribute to broader People & Places initiatives and projects.
  • Engage in the development and refinement of HR policies and practices.
  • Stay informed about employment laws, regulations, and industry trends relevant to performance management.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Employee Relations or Performance Management, including 3-5 years in a leadership role within HR.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities with a proven ability to set a clear vision, strategy, and execution plan.
  • Strong analytical skills to address a variety of complex issues effectively.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to foster strong interpersonal connections, demonstrating high emotional intelligence and objective empathy.
  • People Champion: Designs and implements improvements to enhance P&P customer benefits.
