Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure fair, equitable, and timely handling of performance-related matters across the team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement training programs for managers on effective performance management.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Employee Relations or Performance Management, with a minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience within HR.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues.
  • Self-directed, motivated, dependable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player with a bias for action.
  • Ability to build human connections easily and possess deep emotional intelligence and objective empathy.
