- 8+ years of experience in Employee Relations or Performance Management, with a minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience within HR.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to set a compelling vision, strategy, and execution plan.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues.
- Self-directed, motivated, dependable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player with a bias for action.
- Ability to build human connections easily and possess deep emotional intelligence and objective empathy.
