Position Overview:

The role of Administrative Manager at Cousins Properties demands exceptional customer service and organizational capabilities. This position is pivotal in managing the daily functions of property management offices, executing administrative responsibilities, and liaising with both staff and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and demonstrate proficiency in office management.

Key Responsibilities:

The Administrative Manager will undertake a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Overseeing accounting and administrative functions
  • Managing insurance-related activities
  • Facilitating customer relations
  • Processing invoices and coordinating events
  • Maintaining schedules and managing contact databases
  • Ensuring the efficient operation of the property management office

Strong communication skills, technological proficiency, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma is mandatory, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office management capacity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A collaborative team player
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
