We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Baron Property Services, LLC. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance-related services and ensuring the smooth operation of our properties.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Maintenance Operations: Schedule and supervise all in-house and contracted maintenance services to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Repair and Maintenance Management: Oversee repairs, preventative maintenance, and capital projects within the scope of our property budget.
- Team Leadership: Directly supervise and mentor maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with our community managers, regional managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field.
