Job Summary:

Peachtree Hospitality Management is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Banquet Captain. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of banquets and events at our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Coordination: Collaborate with Sales and Food and Beverage Leadership to plan and execute successful banquets and events.
  • Setup and Service: Assist in setting up event spaces, ensuring all equipment is in working condition, and providing exceptional customer service to guests.
  • Logistics and Operations: Maintain a timeline of events, coordinate with vendors, and ensure the timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Banquet Captains, Food and Beverage Leadership, and other team members to achieve event goals and objectives.
  • Customer Service: Provide a high level of professional customer service to guests, responding promptly and courteously to requests.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to carry a full tray of 6-8 plates with food on them and carry trays with multiple drinks on them.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
  • Previous Experience in Banquet or Event Service: Required
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Required
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Required
