Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Baron Property Services, LLC. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance-related services and ensuring the smooth operation of our properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise maintenance staff to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks
- Coordinate and oversee repairs, preventative maintenance, and capital projects within the property budget
- Collaborate with the Community Manager and Regional Manager to develop and implement maintenance strategies
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Monitor and control maintenance expenses to optimize budget utilization
Requirements:
- Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in the property management industry
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
