Position Title:
Procurement Specialist


The Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing client inquiries, prioritizing incoming requests, and collaborating with subject matter experts within the organization.

This role encompasses initiating purchase order modifications, executing direct purchase orders, and facilitating client education through training sessions and interactive Q&A hours.

The focus of this position is to enhance the client experience, achieve operational excellence, and refine procurement processes.


Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
  • Fundamental knowledge in vendor sourcing
  • Ability to verify financial coding on procurement requests
  • Propose enhancements to systems and processes
  • Generate and distribute management reports
