Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the procurement requisition workflow, contract issuance (e.g., purchase order creation) and contract retrieval tasks.
  • Confirm financial coding on all incoming procurement submissions.
  • Propose system and process improvements, and conduct necessary testing.
  • Address client inquiries related to all aspects of contracting and procurement promptly, demonstrating exceptional client relationship management skills.
  • Prepare and distribute management reports in accordance with established protocols and timelines.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on financial approval policies, authorized signers' guidelines, and procurement regulations, applying these policies to practical scenarios with internal stakeholders.
  • Gather and analyze procurement and sourcing data, utilizing industry best practices. Audit and interpret data trends.
  • Communicate procurement and sourcing policies effectively and organize complex data in a clear and comprehensible manner.
