Position Overview:
This role is situated within the Operations and Supply Chain division of Systems Ltd, a prominent manufacturer and designer of loading dock solutions. We are in search of a dedicated and skilled professional to contribute to our ongoing growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in problem-solving initiatives aimed at systemic enhancements and conduct root cause analysis for critical quality and productivity challenges.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies across various projects to optimize manufacturing processes, material flow, and overall operational performance.
- Support and monitor Quality System Tools and procedures, actively participating in efforts to enhance Operational KPIs and resolve quality-related issues.
- Assist in troubleshooting major downtime, quality, or safety concerns by analyzing BOMs, interpreting engineering specifications, and executing ERP transactions to facilitate production-related engineering solutions.

Additional Duties:
- Calculate staffing requirements based on demand and process capacity for assigned areas.
- Drive productivity initiatives related to labor, overhead, and materials through engineering methodologies, process automation, and layout enhancements.
- Conduct audits of Operational Safety Risks and Job Safety Analysis, addressing significant risk factors to mitigate operational hazards while applying ergonomic principles to validate workstations.

Project Management:
- Lead projects from inception to completion, understanding constraints and developing schedules to meet implementation targets.
- Develop capacity scenarios and business cases for capital investments, managing CPRs to achieve set goals and budgets.
- Coordinate activities related to New Product Development (NPD) projects with minimal oversight from senior engineers.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience is required.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is essential.
- Proficiency in project management, Lean manufacturing, line balancing, and time study calculations is necessary.

Technical Skills:
- Intermediate knowledge of Design for Manufacturing (DFM), change management, and core APQP tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Minitab, AutoCAD, and Solidworks is advantageous.
