IT Sourcing and Procurement Analyst

Position Overview
The IT Sourcing and Procurement Analyst will collaborate with IT teams on a global and local scale to deliver procurement support for IT-related services, hardware, infrastructure, telecommunications, and software application initiatives. This role will also involve monitoring both operational and capital expenditure budgets against actuals and forecasts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide sourcing assistance for services, software, and hardware related to capital and operational expenditure projects.
- Oversee the purchase order and release processes, ensuring accurate goods receipt and timely vendor payments.
- Monitor software licenses and their usage, while supporting vendor audits.
- Help in formulating system specifications and/or scopes of work in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers to achieve desired outcomes.
- Manage the procurement-related operational expenditure and capital expenditure forecasting processes.
- Track financial forecasts for Global IT, ensuring operational and capital expenditures align with budgetary constraints.
- Coordinate with Accounts Payable to facilitate vendor payments.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process for IT.
- Perform additional related duties as required.
