Job Title: Produce Buyer

Job Description

In the role of Produce Buyer, you will take charge of sourcing and delivering products, fine-tuning inventory levels, and overseeing supply chain processes. You will work in collaboration with diverse teams to meet organizational objectives and guarantee smooth product distribution.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee inventory management across designated categories
  • Enhance service levels in stores
  • Engage in negotiations with suppliers for cost-efficient solutions
  • Anticipate and communicate product requirements
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders
  • Conduct quality assessments
  • Fulfill assigned responsibilities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in retail operations management is preferred
  • Background in marketing is advantageous
  • Strong organizational and analytical capabilities
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Proven ability to work autonomously
