Administrative Coordinator
Compensation:
$25 per hour
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid schedule with remote work on select days.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, relay messages, and ensure continuous telephone support with fellow administrative personnel.
- Organize meetings, confirm venues, inform participants, and monitor attendance. Arrange travel logistics and procure refreshments as needed.
Administrative Duties
- Adhere to established protocols while exercising independent judgment when necessary. Mentor less experienced administrative team members.
- Draft and prepare various documents including memos, correspondence, reports, meeting notes, presentations, and other materials.
- Maintain the calendar for the department and its leadership.
- Oversee the ordering and inventory of office supplies, ensuring budget compliance.
- Engage in special projects and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
At least three years of administrative or related experience, ideally within a medium to large corporate environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience; an Associate's degree or relevant qualification is preferred.
