1. Engage in problem-solving initiatives aimed at systemic enhancements and conduct root cause analysis for critical quality and productivity challenges.
2. Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies across various projects to optimize manufacturing processes, material flow, and overall operational performance.
3. Support and monitor Quality System Tools and procedures, actively participating in activities that enhance Operational KPIs and address quality-related issues.
4. Analyze Bills of Materials (BOMs), interpret engineering drawings, and manage ERP transactions to assist in resolving engineering-related production challenges.
5. Calculate staffing requirements based on demand and process capacity for assigned areas.
6. Lead productivity improvement projects focusing on labor, overhead, and material efficiencies through engineering solutions and process automation.

Safety and Compliance:
1. Conduct audits of Operational Safety Risks and Job Safety Analysis, addressing major risk factors to mitigate operational hazards.
2. Apply ergonomic principles to validate process layouts and workstation designs, ensuring compliance with ergonomic standards.

Project Management:
1. Oversee projects from inception to completion, understanding constraints and developing schedules to meet implementation targets.
2. Create and manage Capacity Scenarios and Business Cases for capital investments, ensuring alignment with budgetary goals.

New Product Development:
1. Coordinate and execute New Product Development (NPD) projects with minimal supervision, including pilot runs and pre-production preparations.
2. Validate new or modified manufacturing equipment through control runs and other methodologies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficient in project management, Lean manufacturing principles, and time study calculations.
- Familiarity with Design for Manufacturing (DFM), change management processes, and digital factory tools.
