Conduct comparative analyses of freight costs to uncover potential savings opportunities.

Lead or participate in initiatives focused on cost savings, including demurrage projects and spot quotes.

Rail Fleet Management

Generate daily fleet reports for all plants using data extracted from QTS and processed through the Rail Fleet Access File.

Maintain accurate records of tank car testing due dates and coordinate with car owners for shop dispositions. Manage the routing of cars to and from shops for testing and maintenance.

Collaborate with QTS to redirect cars as necessary.

Review daily reports to ensure proper car movement and correct any misrouted destinations.
