Job Overview

LEN THE PLUMBER Heating and Air is seeking a motivated Outbound Customer Service Representative (OCSR) to enhance our customer engagement efforts. The successful candidate will exhibit a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, possess excellent organizational skills, and demonstrate attention to detail while managing multiple tasks.

Position Summary:

The Outbound CSR will be responsible for initiating calls to our valued customer base, aiming to schedule essential maintenance services. This role requires the ability to identify priority issues and ensure accurate documentation of customer information. The ideal candidate will foster positive interactions and deliver outstanding service throughout each communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to schedule maintenance appointments and gather any necessary customer details.
  • Effectively manage a high volume of calls while maintaining quality communication.
  • Collaborate with team members to support departmental objectives and enhance overall service delivery.
  • Exhibit enthusiasm for promoting additional services to improve customer satisfaction and drive revenue.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform service improvements.
  • Uphold a professional demeanor and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
  • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with company policies.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as directed to support operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with active listening capabilities.

Experience and Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years in telecommunications sales or customer service roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and achieving performance goals.
  • Experience interacting with various organizational levels.
