Position Overview

As a pivotal member of our organization, the Senior Recruitment Executive will play a crucial role in driving performance and team growth. This position requires a hands-on approach, where you will not only contribute personally to billing but also cultivate diverse teams, including Trainees, Recruitment Consultants, and Team Leaders. By leading with inspiration, you will guide your teams to meet their monthly and annual objectives while supporting their career advancement. A key expectation is to achieve at least one personal deal each month.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will serve as a brand ambassador for both your teams and TRG. Your team will be tasked with delivering exceptional customer service to our candidates and clients, establishing yourself as a credible, professional industry expert while embodying best practices in recruitment and leadership. You will be responsible for achieving productivity and KPI targets set during your Monthly Business Review.

Business Development

  • Steer the business development strategy for your team, ensuring effective market mapping and territory coverage.
  • Foster relationships with both existing and prospective hiring managers to secure business opportunities for yourself and your team.
  • Proactively cross-sell other brands during customer interactions.
  • Attend client meetings and relevant industry events as necessary.
  • Engage with Client Management to maximize opportunities with each client.

Candidate Management

  • Establish and enforce robust team processes to ensure outstanding service for our candidates.
  • Identify high-demand candidates through various channels, including advertising, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
  • Ensure the team conducts aftercare for all placed candidates.

Client and Job Management

  • Take charge of high-potential clients.
  • Provide market insights to clients across the team.
  • Ensure a seamless recruitment process through regular communication with your team.
  • Negotiate favorable Terms of Business for all team jobs.
  • Conduct aftercare calls post-placement for the entire team.
  • Assist team members with any client and job management challenges as needed.

Systems and Processes

  • Lead by example in utilizing Phoenix and ensure data integrity within the team.
  • Ensure all marketing and advertising efforts comply with TRG standards.
  • Act promptly on any negative customer service feedback.

Team Development

  • Consistently exemplify best practices in recruitment and leadership aligned with TRG standards.
  • Recruit and onboard new team members in accordance with TRG guidelines.
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members at all levels to enhance their recruitment skills and exceed activity targets.
  • Foster a customer-centric, results-oriented, and collaborative team culture.
  • Analyze and target team member activities using relevant MBR documents.

Reporting

  • Set and review individual and team activity targets for client and candidate generation, CV submissions, interviews, and deals using the CRM system.
  • Accurately pledge and re-pledge deals for all teams.
  • Continuously monitor team fee performance against monthly and yearly budgets.

Compensation Range:

From $60,000 to $180,000+ *includes a base and projected commission and bonus potential year 1, however, earnings are uncapped and can vary based on team and individual performance.

This role is client-facing with a focus on achieving sales-based results.
