Key Responsibilities:

- Proficient in MS Office: Advanced skills in MS Excel (including formulas, data manipulation, pivot tables), Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint are essential.
- Calendar Coordination: Experience in managing multiple calendars, coordinating schedules across various time zones, and arranging meetings for traveling executives.
- Expense Management: Demonstrated experience in managing and reporting expenses.
- Professional Demeanor: Must present a polished and professional image in appearance, grammar, and communication.
