Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Administrative Support: Deliver extensive assistance to the executive leadership, which includes managing various calendars, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel logistics.
  • Communication and Reporting: Draft and disseminate correspondence, reports, and presentations with precision and in accordance with company standards.
  • Meeting Organization: Plan and facilitate departmental meetings and events, which involves preparing agendas, recording minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Project Management Support: Aid in project management activities, including conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing necessary project documentation.
