Position Overview:
The Recruitment Coordinator plays a crucial role in the hiring process. This position involves actively seeking out potential candidates through networking, outreach calls, and referrals to ensure a robust pool of applicants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive screening and interviews to identify qualified candidates.
  • Stay informed about local employment laws and regulations.
  • Facilitate orientation and initial training for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate records of applicants and hiring processes.
  • Utilize various resources to attract top talent for the team.
  • Ensure all hiring documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Perform background checks and validate results prior to hiring.
  • Collaborate with the scheduling team to address staffing needs.

Qualifications:
Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college education is preferred.

Experience:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced office environment is essential; experience in a non-medical senior care setting is advantageous.

Skills:
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
