Position Overview:
We are seeking a Lead Recruitment Specialist to enhance our Opus Recruitment Solutions brand. This role focuses on the Microsoft Dynamics sector, where you will be responsible for sourcing and placing top talent.

Your Role:
As a Lead Recruitment Specialist, you will:
  • Forge enduring connections with both candidates and clients.
  • Engage in business development by establishing new client relationships through proactive outreach, meetings, and networking.
  • Expand and nurture existing client relationships.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and effectively map your market.
  • Negotiate effectively with clients and candidates.
  • Identify and attract the best candidates within the Microsoft Dynamics niche, which includes relationship management, crafting job advertisements, qualifying candidates, and negotiating offers.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • A minimum of 1 year in a full-cycle recruitment consultant position, with a proven ability to generate 1-2 placements monthly.
  • A track record of achieving over 100k in billings.
  • A process-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated success in surpassing revenue goals.
  • Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A collaborative spirit, thriving in a team-oriented environment.
