  • Evaluate dietary requirements, restrictions, and health conditions to create and implement personalized nutrition plans.
  • Provide guidance to patients and staff on nutritional guidelines, meal planning, dietary adjustments, and food preparation techniques.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess the nutritional needs and dietary limitations of patients.
  • Maintain accurate records of dietary assessments, progress notes, and nutritional plans.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred certification as a registered dietitian from a recognized nutrition organization.
  • In-depth understanding of modern dietetics principles, practices, and terminology acquired through relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with contemporary methods and tools used in large-scale food service and resource management.
  • Capability to design menus and supervise staff in the preparation and service of both standard and specialized diets.
  • Proficiency in conducting training programs related to food service and nutrition.
