We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Dietitian to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in nutritional science and practical experience in dietary management.
Key Qualifications:
- Registration as a dietitian by the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics is preferred but not mandatory.
- In-depth understanding of modern dietary principles, techniques, and terminology acquired through relevant experience.
- Familiarity with contemporary methods, materials, and equipment utilized in large-scale food service, along with a commitment to resource conservation.
- Proficient in menu planning and capable of supervising staff in both modified and standard diet preparation and service.
- Experience in conducting training programs related to food service and nutrition.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with medical teams, administrative personnel, and patients.
Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be expected to exercise sound judgment in addressing dietary challenges and will collaborate with medical and nursing staff, as well as dietary supervisors, to resolve complex dietary issues. The role involves periodic reviews of work to ensure alignment with established objectives.
