Role Summary: As a Registered Dietitian at MindFore, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the nutritional well-being of our clients. Your expertise will guide patients in making informed dietary choices and implementing effective nutrition plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee food service operations to ensure adherence to nutritional standards and safety protocols.
- Evaluate patients' dietary needs and health conditions to create tailored dietary-care plans.
- Provide nutritional counseling and education to patients and staff regarding dietary modifications and food preparation.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess patients' nutritional requirements and restrictions.
- Maintain accurate records of dietary assessments, histories, and progress notes.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:
- In-depth knowledge of modern dietetics principles and institutional management.
- Experience with contemporary methods and equipment used in large-scale food service.
- Skills in menu planning and supervising dietary preparation and service.
- Ability to conduct training programs related to food service and nutrition.
